Lina is interested in the relationship between climate and tectonics. How regional and global climate can impact mountain building processes. She uses different techniques such as lipid biomarkers, stable isotopes, structural geology, and sedimentology. Right now, her biggest interests are in the Tropics and the Tibetan Plateau during Cenozoic.
